Tour doesn’t exist. Guide never showed. Haven’t gotten money back and can’t get in touch with the company

The tour guide never showed up. They never picked up their phone and their email link on this site leads to a dead end. Civitatis was no help either, only responding hours later. Waste of money.

Tour guide did not show up. Did not answer phone after repeated call attempts. Did not receive any notice about adjustments to itinerary. I was at rendezvous point 20 mins prior to scheduled time and waited until 10 mins after. Very frustrating experience
